| 工作描述： |
- Assist engineer to convert, design the drawings, ensure timely issued to the relevant departments; 协助工程师进行技术图纸的转换，设计，并确保其及时发放至相关部门； - Take charge of maintain the BOM list; 负责公司BOM清单的维护； - Responsible for editing, changing the operation instruction ; 负责生产作业指导书的制作及变更； - Offer technical support for customers and salesmen, production; 为客户和销售、生产人员提供技术上的支持； - Answer the technical question about the application of products; 负责产品应用方面技术问题的咨询； - Assist in the product localization and new product development;; 协助进行新产品的国产化及开发； - Assist to solve customer's technical problems, complaints and stay in contact with customers; 协助处理客户的技术问题, 投诉； - External document distribution, verification and management; 外来文件的分发、核查与管理； - Review, number, distribute, supervise, enforce the controlled document; 受控文件的会签、评审、编号、分发的监督和实施； - Change record, sign, review, distribution, recovery,destruction and void when documents changed; 文件更改时更改记录、会签、评审、分发、回收、销毁与作废； - Record filing, classified storage,and routinely destroyed according to preservation period; 记录的归档、分类储存、按保存期限定期销毁； - Assist in internal system audit work; 协助完成内部体系审核工作； - The preservation of documents, sorting, storage time monitoring; 文件的保存、整理、保存期限的监控； - Complete other jobs ordered. 完成上级交办的其他工作。 |
