MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责: 1. Plan, edit and manage the relative documents to make sure the qualified production in time. 策划、编制并管理相关文件，保证能及时有效生产合格产品。 2. Responsible for technical tasks in APQP stage, arrange the edition and management for PFMEA, control plan and other relative guiding documents. 负责APQP阶段的技术任务，组织PFMEA，控制计划及其他相关指导性文件的编制和管理。 3. Implement product audit periodically. 实施定期产品审核。 4. Manage the technical documents. 管理技术文件。 5. Communicate with technical department in headquarter, to support the KLP business running from technical side. 与总公司技术部门沟通，为公司运行提供技术支持。 6. Develop new product and new process of wave spring and make the cost analysis. 波形弹簧新产品、新工艺的开发及成本核算。 7. Arrange the production of wave spring sample and implement the testing and managing. 组织波形弹簧样品生产，并实施测试和管理。 8. Complete other work tasks assigned by manager. 完成上级主管交代的其他工作任务。 |

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE 任职要求条件: Education & Major 学历与专业 Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or metal material related 本科及以上学历，机械工程或金属材料相关专业 Job Related Experience 相关工作经验 At least 2-3 years’ experience in process engineering & production, prefer in automotive industry. 至少2-3年工艺工程和生产相关经验，汽车行业优先. Total Working Experience整体工作经验 3 year and above 3年及以上 Specific Knowledge/Skills 特殊技能知识 Skilled in CAD operation 熟练机械制图操作 Good English 英语良好 |
