1. Sales Strategy Formulation and Execution: Based on the company's overall strategic objectives, formulate and implement annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans, clarifying sales targets and market positioning to ensure the achievement of sales goals. 2. Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain good customer relationships, deeply understand customer needs, provide customized solutions, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. 3. Sales Team Management: Form, train, and motivate the sales team, set sales targets for team members, regularly evaluate performance, provide necessary guidance and support, and enhance the overall sales capability of the team. 4. Market Analysis and Competitive Strategy: Continuously track market dynamics, analyze competitor situations, formulate effective market competition strategies, seize market opportunities, and expand market share. 5. Contract Management and Collections: Be responsible for signing, executing, and subsequently managing sales contracts, ensuring the accuracy and legality of contract terms, while effectively managing accounts receivable and accelerating fund recovery. |
