MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责: 1. Conduct feasibility check of each new RFQ by customer and assess necessary investment such as tooling, equipment etc. according to customer requirements and create reliable cost calculation. If necessary conduct customer visits and communicate with customer, supplier and related parties in order to obtain nomination of new project. 对客户新询价进行可行性分析并根据客户要求评估设备和模具等投资，同时创建可靠的成本分析报告；为获得新项目定点必要时拜访客户并和供应商、客户等有关方沟通。 2. Lead new project development by setting-up project team, creating project plan including time schedule, quality planning and investments etc. Organize regular project meeting and track project progress to close open issues on time. Monitor and control project cost(investment plan and product cost), quality performance to ensure project can be realized in line with planned targets. 主导新项目开发，组建项目团队，制定项目计划包括时间安排、质量规划和投资等。组织定期项目会议并跟踪项目进度，以按时关闭未完成事项。监控和控制项目成本（投资计划和产品成本），质量绩效确保项目按计划目标实现。 3. Plan manufacturing processes for new products, organize sample production, collect process and quality data during trial run, organize related functions to handling technical issues and work out solutions with support from other functions for execution.规划新产品的制造工艺，组织样品生产，收集试运行期间的工艺和质量数据，组织相关职能部门处理技术问题并在其他职能部门的支持下制定解决方案和实施。 4. Create project documents according to IATF and customer requirements, take effective actions in case of any deviations during internal and external audit. 根据IATF和客户要求创建项目文件，在内审和外审出现偏差时采取有效措施。 5. Provide technical support to customers if necessary to improve customer satisfaction.必要时为客户提供技术支持，提高客户满意度。 6. Cooperate with other functions to improve process and quality performance for series running products(CIP). 和其它部门合作改进量产品过程和产品质量。 7. Create and maintain BOM and routine in SAP system for new products. 在SAP系统中创建和维护BOM和Routine。 8. Continually improve technical expertise and project management skills during working.工作中不断提升自身的技术和项目管理水平。 9. Complete other tasks assigned by head of product development. 完成产品开发经理交办的其它任务。 SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE 任职要求条件: Education & Major 学历与专业 Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or metal material related 本科及以上学历，机械工程或金属材料相关专业 Job Related Experience 相关工作经验 1) At least 6 years’ experience in project management role in stamping, metal processing field, and related project experience in automotive industry are preferred. 具有6年以上冲压、金属加工领域项目管理经验，有汽车行业相关项目经验者优先。 2) Experiences of leading at least one project from development phase till mass production. 至少具有一个领导项目从开发到量产的经验。 3) Good knowledges and experiences about manufacturing processes in stamping, laser welding, machining, deburring, plating, heat treatment etc. 在冲压、焊接，机加、去毛刺、电镀、热处理等领域具有良好的知识和经验。 4) Assembly components related project experience in automotive industry are preferred.有相关零件装配项目开发经验者优先 Total Working Experience整体工作经验 1) Be experienced in project leader role with strong technical background and be familiar with product or process development in automotive industry related.具有丰富的项目领导经验，具有深厚的技术背景，熟悉汽车行业相关产品或工艺开发。 2) Problem solving oriented and be able to work under pressure. 以解决问题为导向，能够承受工作压力。 Specific Knowledge/Skills 特殊技能知识 1) Be familiar with drawing, GD&T, DOE, and technical specifications.熟悉工程图纸、GD&T、DOE和技术规范。 2) Good knowledge of quality tools in automotive industry including MSA, SPC, APQP, PPAP, FMEA.熟悉汽车行业质量工具，包括MSA、SPC、APQP、PPAP、FMEA。 3) Good communications skills both internally and externally. 良好的内外部沟通能力。 Others 其他 1) Basic English skills- reading and writing are must, fluent speaking is plus .基本的英语能力-读写是必须，口语流利尤佳。 2) Good MS Office software skill including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook etc. 良好的MS Office软件技能，包括Excel、Word、PowerPoint和Outlook等。 3) Basic project presentation skills.基本的项目展示和汇报技能。 |
