1.生产员工日常管理工作，改善生产部人员管理制度，优化奖惩制度 Daily management of production employees, improvement of personnel management system in the production department, optimization of reward and punishment system 2.持续改进生产部的工作流程，细化各个生产岗位的工作职责 Continuously improve the workflow of the production department and refine the job responsibilities of each production position 3.完善新员工培训、轮岗机制，完善人员素质矩阵，优化车间人员结构，提高人员素质 Improve the new employees training and rotation mechanism, enhance the skill matrix, optimize the workshop personnel structure, and improve personnel quality 4.监督所有管理制度的执行情况 Supervise the implementation of all management systems 5.协助车间经理优化和改善设备状态、不断提高劳动生产率 Assist the shopfloor manager in optimizing and improving equipment status, and continuously increasing labor productivity 6.监督执行设备日常清洁，提升关键员工设备日常换型和调整的能力，减少对维修的依赖 Supervise the daily cleaning of equipment, enhance the ability of key employees to change and adjust equipment on a daily basis, and reduce reliance on maintenance 7.改善人机工程 Improve ergonomics 8.组织车间完成正常生产 Organize the workshop to complete normal production 9.优化车间物料的摆放和流转，协助车间经理进行包装及车间物流人员工作流程的改进 Optimize the placement and circulation of materials, assist the shopfloor manager in improving the packaging and internal logistics workflow 10.减少生产过程中的报废 Reduce scrap in the production process 11.组织车间年度盘点 Organize annual workshop stock taking 12.协调与其他部门间的工作 Coordinate work with other departments 13.改善并维持生产车间的5S工作 Improve and maintain 5S in the production workshop 14.做好生产安全管理工作 Implement production safety management 15.上级安排的其他工作 Other tasks arranged by shopfloor manager |
