Plan and manage the maintenance factory equipment and facilities, utility equipment (water supply, power supply, gas supply, etc.), and sewage treatment equipment to ensure the normal operation of the system 计划和管理厂务设备设施、公用工程设备(供水、供电、供气等)、污水处理设备维修和维护，确保系统正常运行。 Monitoring and analyzing MECHANICAL Utility/WWTP equipment status and updating technical documentation. 监测和分析公用工程、污水设备恩设备运行状态，及时更新技术文档。 Initiating technical parameters and sourcing suppliers; conduct negotiation in terms of technical matters and supervise the implementation for MECHANICAL equipment. （设备及备件采购）寻找合适的供应商，确认技术参数，根据技术要求商谈并监督（从采购到使用的）整个过程。 Participate in engineering activities for small technical upgrade project to improve the plant production performance 参与工厂小型技术改造项目的工程设计过程，提高工厂生产能力。 Responsible for above equipment reliability, RCA for maintenance issue, preventive maintenance plan. 对上述设备设施可靠性负责，对维修问题做根本原因分析，制定预防性维修计划。 Manage and execute the special equipment management, maintenance documentation/record 负责特种设备管理，维修文档的记录和管理。 Plan and execute the TPM & 5S management activity. 制定、完善及执行区域TPM和5S管理。 Manage the safety issues within routine work scope. 工作范围内的日常安全管理活动和安全记录。 Monthly report and maintenance performance review. 月度报告和总结。 Daily management of the Utility team 公用工程团队日常管理 |

Mechanical, electrical related majors, environmental engineering, sewage treatment related majors, college degree or above. 机械、电气相关专业、环境工程、污水处理相关专业，大专及以上学历， Familiar with industrial wastewater treatment process flow and equipment maintenance, familiar with the three effect evaporation process, with more than three years of wastewater treatment operation experience, able to solve various problems that arise during wastewater treatment operation. 熟悉工业废水处理工艺流程及设备维护，懂三效降膜蒸发工艺，有三年以上废水处理运行经验，能够解决废水处理运行过程中出现的各种问题。 Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork ability, diligent and meticulous work, able to withstand certain work pressure 具有较强的责任心和团队合作能力，工作认真细致，能承受一定的工作压力。 5+years of experience in managing and maintaining public utilities (water supply, power distribution systems, compressed air, refrigeration units); 有5年+ 公用工程（供水、配电系统、压缩空气、制冷机）管理维护经验； Familiar with HVAC systems, refrigeration systems, and high-voltage distribution systems (10KVA) 熟悉HVAC系统、制冷系统、高压配电系统(10KVA) Preferred Qualifications 具备以下经验者优先考虑 Priority given to those with project management experience 有项目管理经验者优先 Experience in operation and management of high and low voltage power distribution, central air conditioning, pure water, chiller units, cooling towers, etc. is preferred. 有高低压配电、中央空调、纯水、冷水机组、冷却塔等运行管理经验优先。 |
