Responsibility: Customer service by telephone or on site Responsible for our customers across Asia (China, Singapore, Malaysia…) Support of the sales engineers and solve ultrasonic welding application Particular tasks: Answer technical service calls from customers Service visits to customers Demonstration of ultrasonic welding machines Support applications work in the plastics laboratory Support of the sales engineers Pre-acceptance and final acceptance of machines Travel and service on site. Skills: Technical mechanical or electrical background Good English skills Easy understanding of complexes tasks Knowledge in CAD desired Chinese driver’s license engineering background |
