职位描述 MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责: 1. Daily receptionist affairs: Reception of visitors, interviewees, answering phone calls, organizing meeting rooms, 5S, WIFI update, etc. 日常前台事务: 接待访客、面试者,电话接听,会议室整理, 5S, WIFI更新等。 2. Vehicles: Responsible for daily shuttle buses and employee vehicle usage issues; Reasonably allocate drivers and dispatched vehicles, and settle monthly performance bills; Daily maintenance of company vehicles and leased vehicles, etc. 车辆:负责日常班车,员工车辆管理、使用问题;合理调配司机及外派车辆调度;月度绩效账单结算;日常公司车辆及租用车辆的维护保养等。 3. Canteen: Responsible for daily menu updates, weekend dining statistics, complaint handling, daily inspection and monthly meetings; Use the meal system and Gaia system to conduct monthly settlement for suppliers, as well as manage monthly recharge of employee consumption cards and visitor cards; Reasonably manage meal and retail suppliers, as well as handle other canteen needs. 食堂:负责日常菜单更新,周末就餐统计,投诉处理,日检月会;使用餐饭系统及盖雅系统对供应商进行月度结算,以及员工消费卡按月充值和访客卡的管理;合理管理餐饭供应商及零售供应商以及其他食堂需求的处理。 4. Daily administrative work: Application and distribution of business cards, seals, stationery, coffee, etc.; Courier reconciliation; Assistance in filling out claims information for employee Allianz insurance. 日常行政类工作:名片、印章、公用文具、咖啡等申请及派发;快递对账;员工安联保险理赔资料填写指导等。 5. Other projects: Support various company activities: such as Women's Day, Excellent Employee Evaluation, Employee Survey, various communication meetings, Annual Party, etc. 其他项目类:例如妇女节活动,优秀员工评比,员工调研,各类沟通会,年会等的支持。 6. Other tasks assigned by Superior. 上级安排的其他工作任务 SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE 任职要求条件: Education & Major 学历与专业 College Degree or above大专及以上学历 Job Related Experience 相关工作经验 2 years above preferred 2年以上 Total Working Experience整体工作经验 3 years above preferred 3年以上 Specific Knowledge/Skills 特殊技能知识 Proficient in using Microsoft Office software, such as Excel, PPT, Word, etc. 熟练使用微软办公软件,如Excel、PPT、Word等 Can use SAP system prefer. 有SAP 系统使用经验的更佳 Others 其他 1. Simple English communication. 简单的英语沟通 2.
