Responsibilities:
Industrial engineer designs production layouts and processes with the purpose of increasing productivity, eliminating wastefulness, reducing costs, and ensuring quality standards are maintained.
1.Implementation of TRUMPF production lean management system (SYNCHRO)with strong methodical know how
2.Time study of production process, and regular working hour analysis
3.Responsible for budget planning, capacity planning and plant layout planning
4.Monitor operation cost, regular cost deviation analysis
5.Training staff for new processes and providing instructions and manuals.
6.Managing process documentation and preparing production reports.
7.Responsible for the construction, maintenance, promotion and improvement in production area
8.Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement. |

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above and the majors preference: Majored in IE, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electronics or related
2.>5years Lean manufacturing and production experience
3.Advanced knowledge of production machinery, processes, and standards
4.Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
5.Strong communication and presentation skills.
6.Troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
7.Documentation and organization skills. |
