Gerneral Purpose； Effective and advanced planning of equipment installation and maintenance tasks can be achieved; phased manpower bottleneck issues can be predicted in advance; Reasonably adjust the priority of tasks in the implementation of the plan, so as to achieve reasonable control of overall efficiency and operational costs.对设备安装和保养任务可以有效的、提前的做规划；能够提前预测阶段性人员人力对应的瓶颈问题；在计划实施中结合任务的优先级进行合理调整，使得整体效率和运营成本得到合理控制； Main Task; 1.Proactive creation of Installation / maintenance missions; 提前创建安装/维护任务； 2.Communication and appointment scheduling with customer; 与客户沟通和预约任务安排。 3.Communication the mission date with field technicians and teamleader . 同现场工程师和区域服务主管沟通任务日程安排； 4.Coordinate route planning and mission duration in missions. 协调任务前的路线规划和任务中时间调整; 5.Coordinate the repair mission in service group.在服务团队内部协调维修任务。 6.Check and ensure availability of parts, tools, labor in the desired mission time.检查并确保如备件、工具和人员在任务目标安排时间内同时具备。 7.Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement. 根据业务需要，完成直属经理安排的其它工作. |

1.bachelor degree or above, science and engineering background preferred 本科以上学历毕业，理工科背景优先 2.Project management experience is preferred有项目管理经验者优先； 3.Experience in planning, budgeting, or customer service is preferred..有规划，预算或客服从业经验者优先。 4.Good Microsoft skills (ppt/word/excel..) and communication skills.良好的办公软件技能及沟通能力. 5.Observe the regulations of TCN including but not limited on the Employee’s Handbook and Code of Conduct of TRUMPF China. 愿意遵守通快中国的所有规章制度包括但不限于员工手册以及行为准则. |
