| 工作描述： |
岗位职责：
1.负责部门数据统计、上报、分析等工作；
Responsible for department data statistics, reporting, analysis, and other work
2.负责销售相关流程、平台规划和建设，协助销售经理处理各项事宜；
Responsible for sales related processes, platform planning and construction, assisting sales managers in handling various matters;
3.负责竞标过程中商务材料的准备
Responsible for preparing business materials during the bidding process
4.负责销售合同流程管理工作，及时在系统中客户订单的录入、跟踪；
Responsible for sales contract process management, timely inputting and tracking customer orders in the system
5.与公司客户沟通发货、账目核对， 数据收集、整理，包括销售合同、订单、开票申请、回款、订单绩效等数据收集、整理及反馈工作；
Communicate with company customers on shipment, account reconciliation, data collection and organization, including sales contracts, orders, invoicing applications, payment collection, order performance, and other data collection, organization, and feedback work
6.对部门人员进行Monitor系统使用培训，对公司管理制度，流程等进行培训和指导；
Provide training on the use of the Monitor system for department personnel, and provide training and guidance on company management systems, processes, etc
7.统一对部门文件进行整理和归档；
Uniformly organize and archive departmental documents
8.负责客户信息跟踪与管理，及时反馈客户信息，以推进系统或内部流程改进；
Responsible for tracking and managing customer information, providing timely feedback on customer information to promote system or internal process improvement
9.领导交办的其他事项及临时事件处理
Other matters assigned by leaders and handling of temporary events
