Reports to: R&D Supervisor 直接汇报者：研发主管 Responsibilities: 责任/ 义务： 1)Product technical service 产品技术服务 Manage product technical documentation, create and maintain technical files, ensure validity and availability of documents and content. 管理面产品技术文件, 新建、并维护技术文件包，确保文件及内容有效并适用。 Respond to product-related technical inquiries, questionnaires, etc. Collecting, filing the information for review. 回复产品相关技术咨询，回答问题，答复问卷调查等；收集并整理归档咨询信息。 Regularly customer specification reviews to ensure compliance with product specifications. Communicate with overseas suppliers to ensure product compliance and keep informed of changes in technical requirements and background. 定期回顾客户标准评审，确保产品技术指标符合性，及时和海外供应商沟通，确保产品符合并且互相知晓技术要求的变更及其背景。 Translation of technical documents from overseas suppliers, including but not limited to: specifications, COA templates, declarations, etc. 海外供应商的技术文件翻译，包括但不仅限于：规格书、COA模板、声明等。 2)Product regulatory compliance assessment 产品合规性评估 Sort and update product-related import and export standards and regulations. 整理和更新与产品相关的进出口标准、法规。 Export products, destination country standard assessment reports. 出口产品，目的国标准评估及报告。 Imported products, review of domestic regulations, evaluation and report on corresponding implementation standards, labeling review. 进口产品，国内法规评审、对应执行标准评估及报告，标签评审。 3)Product Management Support 产品管理支持 Assist product management in creating new product market combinations based on Novosana products, including but not limited to market research, competitive analysis, application research, etc. 协助产品经理在Novosana产品的基础上创造新的结合市场需求的产品，包括但不仅限于市场调研、竞品分析、应用研究等。 Academic / Educational Requirements: 所需学历/ 教育背景： Bachelor degree or higher, preferably in biology, chemistry, food and other related majors, with a good understanding and interests of functional foods and ingredients industry. 学士学位以上,生物、化学、食品等相关专业优先。对功能性食品和配料有一定了解或较强兴趣者。 |

Required Skills / Experience: 所需技能/ 工作经历： Specific skills desired: 特别强调需要以下技能： Fluent in English for oral and written, able to communicate directly with overseas suppliers and sales. 英文流利，可直接对接海外供应商及销售进行口语及书面交流。 With a certain understanding of food standards, additive standards and food safety management system is preferred 对食品标准及添加剂使用标准、食品安全管理体系有一定了解者优先。 Self-motivated，quick learning skills. 有自驱力，进取心，快速学习能力。 Strong execution, good analytical and solution skills. 执行力强，善于分析和解决问题。 Good communication and organization skills. 善于沟通，团队协作能力。 Work Location / Hours 工作地点/条件/ 时间： Full time with hours, based in Taicang plant mainly（80%）, travelling on business occasionally（20%）. 全职，主要办公地点在工厂(80%)，需配合商务出差(20%)。 |
