Ensure Import & Export operating under the cost control, Custom policy and trading compliance
1、确保负责所操作业务关务事宜、贸易合规、合法、合理
Ensure Import & Export operating under the cost control, Custom policy and trading compliance
2、日常进出口业务操作（包含进出口退运/减免税货物/暂时进出境货物等）, 负责进出口单证制作,提供完整、准确、有效的申报资料，及时、如实地回答海关询问如现场查验等.
Daily operation of Import & Export, ensure a complete, accurate and effective claim materials, response to Custom on-site check
3、保税手册业务的各项独立操作
Daily operation of Bonding manual
4、具有团队合作精神和协调沟通能力强；紧迫感
Good teamwork and communication skill, a sense of urgency.
5、建立公司进出口台账，及时更新所有报表信息
Set up import/export tracking sys. And update information on time.
6、及时更新海关商检等政策，确保公司业务有序开展
Update all latest policy to ensure business security.
7、协助商务有关进出口及运费报价
Coordinate with commercial team to do freight cost quote.
8、货代谈判，管理及评估
Forwarder/Carrier selection, management and performance review.
9、完成上级安排其他工作

1.大学专科及以上学历，国际贸易/物流管理专业,持有报关/报检证优先
Bachelor degree or above, prefer major in International trade or Logistics Management. Prefer with customs declarer certificate.
2.2年以上外企进出口相关职位工作经验 2+ years Import & Export experience in foreign company
3.熟悉进出口业务流程 Familiar with Import & Export process.
4.熟悉手册申报、登记及核销等业务。 Familiar with manual claim, register or charge off.
5.熟悉国家进出口政策，特别是保税政策。 Familiar with Import & Export policy, especially bonding policy.
6.熟悉货代市场。 Familiar with Forwarder practice.
7.英语 Good English listening, speaking, writing skill
8.熟练使用办公室软件 Proficient in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel software
