| 工作描述： |
岗位职责：
1. Receiving DC02&DC03 customer complaint in SAP which is forwarded from TS
在SAP中接收从TS部门转至质量部的客户投诉
2. Handling complaint in SAP with timely manner, then process complaint to next step.
在SAP及时地对客户投诉进行处理和回复
3. Coordinate cross functions to investigate and analyze the complained issues to work out solution for customer.
针对具体问题与公司内部相关部门进行沟通协调，并分析问题原因，寻找问题的解决方案
4. Contact customer for defects handling like scrap on site, sending back and so on
联系客户处理客户端的不良品，如就地报废，退回分析等
5. If necessary, contact customer to further check details of failures and collect more information for analysis.
必要时联系客户进行问题的澄清和信息的搜集
6. Reply investigation result and solution to customer like sending FOC parts
向客户沟通和反馈投诉的处理方案及结果，如免费赔付新件等
7. Analyze complaint figures and report to stakeholders
定期汇总投诉数据并分享给相关方
8. Hold meeting with cross functions to review complaint performance and define improvement actions.
与投诉相关方法开展定期会议对问题进行分析并制定改善措施
9. Fulfill other tasks which are assigned by Quality Manager
完成上级分配的其它任务
任职要求：
1. More than 5 years quality field working experience, Hold bachelor’s degree with mechanical or equivalent major
5年及以上的质量相关领域工作经验，机械或其它同类专业本科学历
2. Familiar with quality 7 tools，8D reports and other quality control/improvement tools, six sigma knowledge is plus
熟悉质量七大手法，8D报告等质量控制及改善工具，具备六西格玛管理相关知识优先
3. Excellent ability of mechanical drawing reading, familiar with GD&T
较好的机械读图能力，熟悉GD&T
4. Capable to use general measuring tools and equipment, CMM experience is preferred
具备通用检验量具、仪器以及三坐标的使用能力
5. Good quality sense and troubleshooting skills, capable to solve problem with a good teamwork
较好的质量意识及问题分析解决能力，拥有较强的团队协作解决问题的能力
6. Understand QMS（eg. ISO9001） requirement
理解QMS（如：ISO9001）质量管理体系要求
7. Solid ability of MS office implementation, spoken and written English is required |
