工作描述: |
• Providing Level 1 technical support, including PC end-users, telephones, servers, and mainframe applications.
• Offering technical advice, guidance, and informal training on hardware and software.
• Install, configure, and maintain technical systems to support business processing requirements.
• Provide technical support, assist in the evaluation of new products and services, and manage vendor service level agreements.
• Install and troubleshoot systems to ensure the functional objectives of the business are met.
• Implement and maintain system management software, as well as research, analyze, and implement software patches and hardware modifications to resolve deficiencies.
• Perform capacity and resource planning by assessing risks and developing contingency plans.
• Assist senior technical teams in performing root cause analysis, developing checklists for typical problems, and recommending procedures and controls for problem prevention.
• Support and schedule opening systems installations and upgrades, as well as layered software packages, in accordance with established IT policies and procedures.
• Assist with the configuration and maintenance of physical and logical components.
• Monitor, analyze, and tune the technical system to achieve optimal performance levels.
• Ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines.
• Schedules, installs, upgrades and maintains operating systems and software.
• Routinely audits hardware and software to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, procedures, and configuration guidelines.
• Implements and uses backup and restore techniques.
• Mentors less experienced administrators on an ongoing and often formal basis.
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Three years equivalent experience supporting Microsoft Windows computing platform. Minimum 3 years of working experience in the mid or large IT environment.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, Lotus Domino Server, Cisco Network, and VMWare、Hyper-V.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware and other physical devices.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Full energy to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
• Able to conduct research into issues and products as required.
• Work independently and proactively to achieve established objectives with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in English.
