PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Implement, monitor, and improve the configuration of multi-cloud and on-premises server setup in a hybrid environment.
在混合环境中实施、监控和改进多云和本地服务器设置的配置
2. Employ, manage, and maintain all server infrastructures, including AWS/Azure cloud and on-premises servers.

3. Ensure high availability and satisfactory performance levels of mission-critical host computer resources.

4. According to the company's network and data security requirements, responsible for the company's network security settings and data backup

5. Monitor network communication and troubleshoot any issues.

6. Conduct server optimizations, system updates, backups, and configuration changes.

7. Troubleshoot server issues and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented networks.

8. Offer good & timely support for onsite and global end users to solve the issues/requests

9. Performing other related duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• 3 - 10 years IT working experience
3 - 10 年 IT 工作经验
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
拥有计算机科学、信息技术或相关领域的学士学位，或同等经验。
• Knowledge about the Windows environment, General IP Networking, Server platform and virtualization
熟悉Windows系统、IP网络、服务器及虚拟机等相关知识
• Proven work experience as a system or network administrator, with hands-on experience in a hybrid (On-premises and AWS/Azure) environment.
拥有作为系统或网络管理员的成熟工作经验，以及混合（本地和AWS/Azure）环境中的实践经验。
• Excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
出色的解决问题的能力以及对细节的敏锐关注。
• Strong knowledge of system and network monitoring tools.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
出色的口头和书面组织和沟通能力。
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as a part of a team.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS
• Basic Infrastructure knowledge

• Able to effectively communicate in English both verbally and in written

• Knowledge of other cloud services like Azure, AWS is a plus.

• Comfortable with working in a global and multi-cultural environment

• Report to: IT Infrastructure manager
• Work with: IT team.
