| 工作描述： |
1、4-6 months internal training to understand our products, policies and sales-related knowledge. 2、Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to work in the assigned areas for a time of period per stay to collect local customer/market information and arrange customer visits. 3、Initiate weekly sales plans, manage the day-to-day sales activities. Report to the group leader with weekly summary and the monthly report is required. 4、Submit the local market research report with data display, feasibility analysis, action plan and so on. 5、Effectively communicate and negotiate with clients and internal colleagues in order to suc-cessfully complete sales targets. 6、Continuously refine sales approach to identify and target new business/sales opportunities. 7、Perform other duties as assigned. |
