Duties and responsibilities职责和责任 • Directly communicate with customers, dealers and distributors regarding sales inquiries. 与客户,经销商,贸易商等直接沟通有关销售询价 • Be part of sales team and support sales by creating quotations, sales orders, deliver notes, order confirmations, presentations and other documents 通过创建报价,销售订单,发货单,订单确认函,报告和其他文件支持销售团队和销售工作 • Ensure the correct products and services are quoted and delivered to customers in a timely manner 确保向客户及时报出和发出正确的产品和服务 • Communicate with purchasing and warehouse department regarding stock level and delivery time of goods to customer. 积极与采购和仓库沟通有关库存量,向客户汇报发货期 • Responsible to provide current goods information for order releasing to warehouse team 负责订单发货时提供准确的货物信息给仓库团队 • Issue invoices to customer according to company procedure. 根据公司流程给客户预开发票 • Keep up to date with product information 产品信息更新 • Follow all company’s policies and procedures 遵循公司规章制度和流程 • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using specified KPIs (for example: sales forecast plan, customer satisfaction level, etc.) 使用指定的绩效考核系统定期的准备内外部相关的进展报告和预测报告(例如:销售预测计划,客户满意度调查等) • Maintain and expand customer contact details in CRM system 客户满意度系统的数据维护和更新 • Organization of exhibition and other marketing related events and tasks 展会,其它市场相关的活动和事务的组织 • Document process and all related documents/ reports according to company procedures 根据公司流程处理文件和所有相关的文件或报告 • Collect and document competitive intelligence 搜集和记录竞争情报 • Support marketing activities and other tasks assigned related to standard parts business 与标准件业务相关的市场活动支持和其他相关工作 |
