| 工作描述： |
Responsibilities: • Identifying, assessing, and developing new suppliers for forged steel parts and machined steel components in China and the rest of the South-/East Asian region (India). • Conducting potential and process audits at suppliers based on the standards ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or VDA 6.3. • Ensuring compliance with all relevant quality standards and requirements. • Conducting risk analyses and developing measures for risk mitigation. • Identifying and addressing efficiency improvement potentials in the suppliers' value chains. • Continuously improving supplier performance through regular audits and follow-ups. • Creating and maintaining detailed audit reports and supplier performance evaluations. • Working closely with our internal teams in Germany (Purchasing, Quality Assurance, Engineering, Production) to ensure product quality and supply reliability. |

Qualifications: • A degree in engineering or a comparable qualification. • At least 3 years of experience in conducting supplier audits, preferably in the forging industry, mechanical engineering, or other steel processing industries. • Experience in the Chinese procurement market and in working with Chinese and international business partners. • Profound knowledge of the standards ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or VDA 6.3. • Strong analytical skills. • Fluent Mandarin and excellent English, German language skills are an advantage. • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills. • Willingness to travel regularly within and outside China. To strengthen our international purchasing team, we are seeking an experienced Supplier Auditor for Potential and Process Audits who shares our commitment to quality, efficiency, and sustainability and will collaborate with us to achieve material cost reductions. |
