| 工作描述： |
1. According to internal customer's request, search the competitive supplier in market 依据内部客户需求，寻找市场上的具有竞争力的供应商 2. Negotiates the contracts of acquisition, evaluates correctly the opportunity of accepting a new supplier. 采购合同谈判,正确评估并选择合适供应商 3. Executes contracts and monitors the deliveries. 执行合同并监督发货 4. Manages the activity of purchasing materials and services to get the cost reduction to align with business goal. 管理好材料和服务的采购活动以取得成本降低以符合组织目标 Requirements: Basic Requirements: 1. College and above education degree, with mechanical /engineering background. 2. Can read and write in English, MRP system application. Working Experience: 3. Mechanical industry purchasing experience, 5 years above. 4. Good communication skill within internal and external environment. 5. Non-production material purchasing experience 3-5 years, can review and create the basic purchasing documents. Prefer skill: 6. 3 years' purchasing experience in cable industry, especially for no-production material. or 7. Familiar with the plastic compound, industry metal area market knowledge. |
