主要工作：Production process improvement（生产过程改进）• Process improvement to improve product quality and production efficiency.优化生产工艺，以改进产品质量和生产效率。• Supervise process parameter correctiveness and staff behavior during production.监督生产过程工艺参数准确性和员工的行为• Analysis and troubleshooting of breakdowns.影响生产的各种问题的分析和有效解决。• Creating and updating of related production standard and specification.相关生产标准和规范的制定与更新Others（其它）：• Organize and schedule training for production technician, update skill matrix when necessary.组织和安排生产部的培训，维护skill matrix• CIP activities in production [网址不可见]统计汇总，及联系供应商进行改善• Audit preparation, take actions to closed audit findings.审核准备，整改项整改等• CTO & Pro-link related [网址不可见] & Pro-link相关工作• Daily reporting and data analysis.每日Report制作及数据分析• Participate in customer complaint meeting, draw up and implement corrective actions.参加客户投诉会议, 拟定并执行纠正措施。• Other tasks assigned by superior.上级交代的其他任务。

主要工作：• Fully responsible for Environment, Healthy, Safe issues of the company• 负责公司的环境、健康及安全事项• To establish, maintain and improve environmental, health and safety system to ensure an environmental friendly manufacturing facility• 建立、维护和提高环境，健康和安全系统，确保良好的工业环境设施• Review safety practice, rules according to legal requirement and requirements from customers, group and government authorities• 根据国家法律法规需求和客户、政府组织的要求，评审内部安全活动及规定• Communication to employees to ensure compliance with regulatory requirement• 与内部员工沟通确保符合法规要求• Research and innovate the safety process with the cooperation of Production, Quality and Facility and Engineering Departments• 协调生产、质量和工程部门调研和优化安全过程• Through investigation of accidents within the work place, find root cause and recommend actions to prevent safety hidden trouble• 通过调查工作场所的发生事故，确定根本原因和整改措施，以避免安全隐患• Responsible for identifying EHS training needs and coordinating/conducting training to all employees and contractors• 负责识别EHS方面的培训需求，并协调/执行全体员工和承包商等的培训• Improve staff awareness, behavior by developing and implementing safety training programs• 通过开发、执行安全培训程序，提高全体员工意识行为• Maintain all documentation in a systematic order • 建立并维护相关EHS方面的文件• Responsible for implement and management regarding Emergency Preparedness and Response • 负责实施、管理应急预案和响应工作• Responsible for plant Near Miss and 5S activities • 负责工厂的Near Miss险肇发现及5S项目• Coordinate to conduct plant CIP • 配合执行工厂的CIP持续改善项目
