为深入实施人才强市战略,统筹和引导我市人才资源整体性开发,不断优化人才资源结构,促进各类人才向我市重点发展产业、重点行业集聚,保证人才开发与经济建设协调发展,根据我市经济和社会发展的目标、任务,汇总、整理、分析了重点产业、行业对急需紧缺人才的需求,现特制定《太仓市2014年度紧缺高层次人才引进资助目录》。
Based on the goals and tasks for local economic and social development, and by summarizing and analyzing the demands of key sectors and industries for the talents in short, the Catalogue of Support to High-level Talents in Short Supply of Taicang in 2014 (hereinafter referred to as the “Catalogue”) is hereby formulated, aiming at: deepening the implementation of the strategy of “city revitalization relied on talents”; generally planning for and guiding the exploration of more talent resources, sustainably optimizing the talent resource structure; attracting various talents to the local key sectors and industries; and thus assuring a harmonized development of talent exploration with the economic construction.
对于我市机关、企事业单位引进符合《太仓市2014年度紧缺高层次人才引进资助目录》的对象,将依据市委、市政府《关于贯彻落实“姑苏人才计划”实施太仓“522”人才工程的意见》(太委发[2010]22号)文件精神,给予相应的资助。对未列入紧缺高层次,但属于我市经济社会发展所特需的人才,将列入紧缺高层次人才统计范围,其中经各单位申报、市紧缺人才开发工作办公室审核并报市人才办批准,在新兴产业和重点行业企业服务并符合相关条件的,可给予相应的资助。
Those talents introduced in by the local authorities, enterprises or governmental organs who are in compliance with the Catalogue of Support to High-level Talents in Short Supply of Taicang in 2014 will be motivated correspondingly in accordance with the Comment on the Implementation and Fulfillment of “Gushu Talent Plan” & Implementation of Taicang “522” Talent Program, a document (T.W.F [2010] No. 22) issued by the municipal party committee and government. Those talents extremely needed by the local economic and social development but not listed as high-level talents in short supply will be added into the statistics of the high-level talents in short supply. As nominated by the governmental organs, reviewed and verified by the Rare Talent Exploration Office, and finally approved by the Municipal Talent Management Office, those who are serving at enterprises involved in emerging sectors or key industries and proved in compliance with related requirements can be granted with incentives accordingly.
2014年度紧缺高层次人才引进认定的有效期限为:2014年1月1日至2014年12月31日止。
The term for verification of high-level talents in short supply in 2014 is from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2014.
本《通知》由太仓市紧缺人才开发工作办公室负责解释。
This Notice will be explained by Taicang Rare Talent Exploration Office.
