Job Responsibilities 1. Professionally answer and transfer calls. 电话接听及转接。 2. Do a good job of reception and guidance for guests, inform the people visited in time. 对来访客人做好接待、引导工作,及时通知被访人员。 3. Make on-line registration of receipt express in time. 及时做好快递收件的在线登记。 4. Tea break preparation. 茶歇准备。 5. Employee attendance statistics. HR系统维护及员工考勤统计。 6. Booking working meals and calculate the meal cost every month. 每日报餐,每月核算餐费。 7. Registration of employee card. 员工卡制卡。 8. Administrative support for employee travel, including hotel, air tickets, etc. 员工差旅的行政支持工作,包括酒店、机票等。 9. Pay attention to reception 5S, maintain the order, keep the front desk clean and tidy, and show the good image of the company. 做好前台5S,维护前台秩序,保持前台干净整洁,展示公司良好形象。 10. Administrative goods inventory management. 行政物品库存管理。 11. Support for office administration and management including cleaning etc. 协助相关行政工作如保洁等。 12. Company necessities purchasing and account checking. 办公用品及保洁用品申请、对账。 13. Statistics of administrative expense. 行政费用报表统计。 14. Check the supplier’s payment application and go through the procedure of payment. 供应商发票整理及付款申请。 15. Complete other tasks assigned by Superior. 完成上级安排的其他任务。 Job Requirements 1. Excellent Mandarin speaking. 普通话标准。 2. Detail oriented. 细节导向。 3. Sense of service orientated and honest. 诚信及良好的服务意识。 4. Good communication skill and team work spirit. 良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神。 5.
