| 工作描述： |
1)Implement project management according to the product development process (PEP+) for the designated projects; 按BOS项目管理程序PEP+实施项目管理。 2)Create project master plan and keep update, start critical path, PIP; 制定项目时间计划并保持时时更新，启动项目关键节点、问题点的跟踪 3)Be responsible for establish the development budget and track investment plan for projects. Keep every project in the approved project development budget and trace accordingly. 负责建立项目开发预算和跟踪投资计划，确保每个项目费用在批准的项目预算内。 4)Carry out Kick-off Meeting with project team and necessary experts; 与项目团队及必要专家召开项目启动会议。 5)Keep updating project and product costs (PCC, Project Budget) including plausibility check in cooperation with PCM; 和团队成员及时、准确更新项目费用和项目产品价格成本信息（PCC等） 6)Participate to FMEA meetings internal and external at the customer site; 参加客户端内部或外部的失效模式分析会议。 7)Ensure for getting Phase Approval on time to review and evaluate project situation; 审查和评估项目状况，保证按时获得项目阶段性的批准; 8)Manage and conducts the meetings with customer, with respect to design, project general reviews, quality review and etc.; 管理并组织与客户的，关于设计的，项目评审的，质量评审等方面的各类会议。 9)Coordinate the Manufacturing Resource Plan including specification, capital equipment, tooling, gauging and support the procurement for new launches with launch manager accordingly. 与投放经理协调项目发起所需规范, 设备, 工装, 量具及人员的准备计划，以及支持相关的生产准备工作. 10)Manage project phase release on time by well-prepared documents; 按时执行项目阶段性评审，做好充分的准备工作。 11)Kick off Launch Management: integration of launch manager from production plant to project team; 支持产品投放经理启动项目投放管理。 12)Start of change management; 启动变更管理 13)Start ISPO+ in time for the following process; 根据流程开始供应商的ISPO+管理。 14)Be responsible to arrange and prepare customer’s visits and APQP audit. 负责安排和准备客户的拜访及APQP审核。 15)Be responsible for project full PPAP approval; 负责项目PPAP批准。 16)Assists the quotations for the new Project and the carried-on engineering changes in running project； 协助新项目的报价及开发项目中工程更改的报价进程。 17)Search for the additional cost reduction potential in general and process cost reduction. 寻找其他成本降低潜在方法及生产流程方面降低成本的方法。 18)Work with team to search for project cost reduction; 与团队合作,寻找降低项目费用的方法。 19)Lessons Learned: Documentation of experiences during the project by all participants of project; 经验总结：包括所有参与项目的资料及经验方面。 20)Safe launch activity of every project as preventive action by ensuring the customer requirement and Handling customer’s complaints in charged projects. 支持生产早期遏制和客户投诉，确保产品符合客户的各方面规范.。 21)Any other works assigned by supervisors. 上级指定的其他任何工作.。 |

（1）Above Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering / Automotive Engineering and the relevant. 机械工程、汽车工程等相关专业，本科以上学历。 （2）3 years minimum Project management experience and 3 years minimum design & development experience in automotive industry. 至少3年以上汽车行业项目管理经验，至少3年以上汽车行业设计研发经验。 （3）Experience and Good coordination with automotive OEM preferred. 具有汽车行业主机厂合作的经验，并保持良好关系。 （4）High skill and ability in project planning, coordination and organization in time according to the proper project management procedure. 能够按照项目流程，进行项目计划、协调和组织的能力。 （5）Passionate, energetic and good team spirit; 热情，精力充沛，具体团队精神。 （6）Positive working attitude and result driven; 积极的工作态度和结果导向。 （7）Strong leadership skills; 卓越的领导能力。 （8）Good ability to manage multi-projects, excellent analytical skills; 多项目管理的能力，优秀的分析能力。 （9）Willing to take challenge and pressure. 愿意面对挑战，具有抗压能力。 （10）Strong organizational and communication skills with English in verbal and writing. 优秀的英语组织及沟通的能力（口头及书面）。 |
