| 工作描述： |
1)Be responsible for capacity planning & investment planning 负责产能规划和投资计划。 2)Plant Layout Planning and realization ,include work cell layout and ergonomic; micro & macro logistics layout; define, design and authorize the layout in office areas, production, warehouse and general areas in order to optimize productivity and to assure best usage of occupied areas. 工厂布局规划,包括工作单元布局和人体工程学；微观及宏观物流布局；办公区、生产、仓库及综合区域布局的定义、设计，批准及优化，保证区域利用率的最大化。 3)Industry engineering standards creation and training. 工程技术标准的制定和相关培训。 4)Technical support on tools/equipment cost reduction. 工具、设备、成本控制等方面的技术支持。 5)Ensure the establishment and daily maintenance ME data for SAP. 确保SAP工程部数据的建立和日常维护。 6)Definition of standard times. 标准时间的定义。 7)Optimization of manufacturing processes，and support in the planning of manufacturing processes. 优化制造流程, 及支持制造流程的规划。 8)Any other works assigned by supervisors. 上级指定的其他任何工作。 |
