| 工作描述： |
1.根据项目、生产计划及时调整物料计划，以满足项目或生产计划变动需求。 According to the project and production plan to timely adjust the material plan to meeting the changing needs of project or production’s requirements. 2.做长期物料计划，需掌握生产产能，及关键采购物料的安全库存和采购周期等。 To make long-term material plan, knowing production capacity, the safety stock and lead time of key purchase material . 3.监控物料计划交付情况，对于偏差及潜在风险提出建设性建议和有效措施。 Monitor the material delivery performance, put forward the constructive advice and effective countermeasure for the deviation and potential risk. 4.检查和跟踪在途订单，确保及时到料，满足生产需求，避免出现停产待料情况。 Review and follow up open orders to ensure the material arrival timely, meeting production requirements, avoiding shortage.. 5.监控供应商的On-Time Delivery情况，和采购合作配合以优化交付水平。 Monitor supplier’s OTD status and coordinate with purchaser to optimize the delivery status. . 6.及时跟踪质量检查结果及反馈，对不良品及返工品跟踪到位。 Follow up the quality report and feedback, the rework and defective products as well. 7.负责审阅和保存本部门工作的文件，并对其归档和良好保管。负责相关数据的整理、统计和分析。 Be responsible for reviewing and safekeeping this department’s files. Be responsible for related data collation, statistics and analysis. 8.公司管理层，员工手册和直属领导交办事项与职责。 All other duties requested by line manager, employee handbook and company management. |

1.3年以上采购、物料计划、包装、物流相关工作经验。 At least 3 years’ experience of purchasing or material planning. 2.熟练机加工件及电气类零部件的采购或物料计划工作。 Skilled in purchasing or material planning procurement of machined parts and electrical parts. 3.良好的英语读写能力。 Proficient in English reading and writing. 4.能适应短期出差并在设备现场工作。 Sometime will be short-term traveled and work on the fieldwork. 5.为人正直，责任心强，工作细致，积极主动，具有良好的职业素养。能配合一定时间的加班。 Honest and professional quality-oriented, high responsibility, work carefully and actively, can cooperate necessary overtime work. 6.沟通能力强，逻辑清晰，并能承担压力。 Good communication skills, logical thinking, able to work under pressure. 7.有上进心，主动学习。 Self-motivated and active learners. |
